Before You Visit
- All participants must sign a waiver (or guardian for minors)
- Children under 7 not permitted in candle bar area
- Under 18 requires adult supervision
- Waivers can be completed online before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours prior
- No refunds for same-day/next-day cancellations
- Reschedule anytime via your confirmation link
- 20+ minutes late: accommodation not guaranteed
Cat Allergies?
Our candle bar and Kitten Klubhouse are completely separated with independent air filtration systems. You can enjoy the Kandle Experience without any exposure to cats.
